Crown NCI-CM
Crown NCI-CM is an affordable general purpose rinse additive for spray or submerged applications. Preferred product for RO service water applications. Will not interfere with wastewater treatment.
Crown Rinse NCI-C
Citric Acid based rinse additive; outstanding stop stain protection. Crown NCI-C is an outstanding chelating rinse additive for spray or submerged applications. Suitable for all types of services water. Not recommended for customers that perform wastewater treatment.
Crown NCI-CA
Crown NCI-CA is for users of NCI-C that require additional pH reduction. Suitable for all types of service water. Not recommended for customers that perform wastewater treatment.
Crown NCI-OX
Crown NCI-OX is an outstanding rinse additive for submerged applications that utilize RO or DI service water.
Crown CSP
Crown CSP is a dual function rinse rinse additive/passivator for use on spray and spray/flood applications for carbon steel. A premium quality, patented rinse additive for maximum stain resistance and enhanced corrosion protection.
Developed for use in mixed acid stainless steel pickling applications; improves surface quality while reducing HF consumption by a minimum of 10-20%.
Crown Acid Aid® SS
Highly specialized chemical additive for use in the acid pickling of stainless steel alloys. Uniquely formulated to withstand the extreme conditions of nitric acid/hydrofluoric acid at high temperature, Acid Aid® SS improves the surface quality of stainless steel strip while significantly reducing acid consumption. Processors will notice a brighter, shinier, more uniform surface with less pitting and reduced smut.
Crown Rinse Aid SSP
Unique chemical rinse additive that allows for the pickling of stainless steel alloys in simple hydrochloric acid; when used properly, Crown Rinse Aid SSP eliminates the need to pickle with expensive and hazardous nitric/hydrofluoric mixed acid.
CrownGuard SS Process
Post-pickling chemical passivate system that replaces nitric acid. CrownGuard SS Passivation Process is a complement to Rinse Aid SSP that creates a superior passive layer in stainless steel alloys, thereby enhancing the natural corrosion resistance without nitric acid and hexavalent chromium. Crown’s Drill-Shield™ is a non-hazardous, non-toxic and more environmentally friendly acid corrosion inhibitor for use in hydrochloric (HCl) acid. It is a high performance water based inhibitor designed specifically for use in the gas and oil hydraulic fracturing industry. Drill-Shield™ is effective over a wide temperature range, does not foam and is extremely stable for maximum product life and performance.
Drill-Shield™ effectively protects carbon and stainless steels against damaging acid corrosion, even at very low concentrations.
Drill-Shield™ contains:
- NO propargyl alcohol or derivatives (toxic, readily absorbed into the skin)
- NO phenol or alkyl phenol surfactants (toxic, environmentally hazardous)

Foamer 20
An inexpensive liquid foamer which produces a detergent type foam. Foamer 20 is effective in both sulfuric and hydrochloric acid baths.
Foamer 20M
Looping Pit Foamer 20M is a high foaming, biodegradable additive for wet looping pits to prevent steel gouging and scratching.
Foamer 20ME
20ME is a high foaming and biodegradable additive for wet looping pits that includes an additive for oil emulsification. This product is designed to minimize gouging and scratching as well as effectively remove oil, grease, and dirt from the surface of the strip.
